Luxeboutique is a brand of Starfeb by Giorgio Padovan.

This document governs the use of the website and the purchase of products offered through our e-commerce platform.

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via the Luxeboutique website.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Age requirements

The purchase of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to persons who have reached the minimum age required by Swiss law:

Wines, beers, and cider: 16+ years old

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of the minimum age required.

Luxeboutique reserves the right to request age verification or to cancel non-compliant orders.

3. Offer and availability

All products presented on the website are subject to stock availability.
Luxeboutique reserves the right to change prices, sizes, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between:

replacement with an equivalent product;

full refund;

spendable credit.

4. Prices

The prices listed on the website are in CHF and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping and packaging costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

credit/debit cards;

TWINT;

bank transfer;

other methods available at checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of the order.
The order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout Switzerland.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or on public holidays.

Shipping costs: clearly indicated at checkout.

The goods travel at the customer's risk from the moment of delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Right of withdrawal / Returns

For food and alcoholic beverages, the right of withdrawal does not generally apply, except in the following cases:

damaged bottles received;

shipping errors;

proven product defects.

In such cases, the customer is required to contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and a description of the problem.

Luxeboutique may offer, at its discretion: replacement of the product or a refund.

8. Liability

Luxeboutique is not liable for damages resulting from:

improper or non-compliant use of products;

incorrect storage by the customer;

delays beyond our control;

Incorrect information provided by the customer (incorrect address, incorrect age, etc.).

9. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

operational requirements (couriers, payment systems);

legal obligations.

The competent court is that of the registered office of Starfeb di Giorgio Padovan, unless otherwise required by law.

The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of ordering.
