AGEING: Minimum 72 months on the lees. Aging: at least 6 years. Dosage: 6 g/liter. Formats: 0.75 l in 19th-century bottles.
CHARACTERISTICS: 80% Chardonnay from Chouilly and 20% Pinot Noir.
APPEARANCE: Bright gold color
TASTING NOTES: Bright pale gold with slight green reflections. Full-bodied with subtle aromas of cooked citrus fruits and white flowers. Fresh and complex with delicate notes of citrus fruits, brioche, and butter. IDEAL FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS, ALSO WITH WHITE MEATS AND FISH.
